Restrict Upgrading User Account if Asset Shared with Editor Permission

With the new subscription model, Smartsheet automatically upgrades a user’s access if an asset or sheet is shared with them using Editor permissions. This behavior should be restricted when the Account Admin has already designated the user as a "Viewer" for licensing purposes.

They aren't going to do this - it effectively guts their ability to unilaterally charge you more money under the new model.
