Smartsheet Form - Hidden question

I would like to use a pre-filled URL that would select which school region question is shown (out of 4). I can get the first one fine, BUT the issue is that we have questions that say if they would like to add another child THEN ask that second school question. Because forms only offers OR statements, if I pre-fill the value as "Central", it will show the school for the second child regardless. Any assistance with hidden fields and multiple conditions from pre-filled urls?

This is how the form logic is set up — the pre-filled URL supplies the region for the hidden question

However, unless they select yes, I don't want them to see this part on the actual form.

Would love to hear all suggestions as the pre-filled urls would save us a ton of time but very disappointed about the lack of "and" logic in the forms.

Would you be willing to up vote this feature request, and take a moment to post about this use case? This will help the Smartsheet team prioritize this feature higher.

If it was possible to do an AND condition then your school forms would work perfectly.
