What is the sheet limit in business plan?

We are currently on an "silver" enterprise plan with 25 users and 22 provisional users until August 26, 2025. I'm exploring different ways to use smart sheet so I don't have to nearly double my costs with subscription model.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks Jef

@Jef Forward sheets are unlimited on business plan. Depending on what enterprise features you are using there are alternatives. Also there are things you could do to keep your current plan and license count if you still need enterprise

Hey Darren - thank you so much! That is very helpful. We primarily use the control center. I don't know if that is a requirement of enterprise. I want the client to be able to see a dashboard - and that's it. The dashboard aspect can be easily replaced, as there are other solutions available.

We are a small business with 40 employees, and SS is intertwined with our operations. I can not see cutting these 22 teammates out of SS, but I cannot raise my software budget.

What alternatives are there? Thanks

Do you mean the Smartsheet Advanced Silver plan add-on?

One way to decrease the number of licenses needed is to consider the following options.

1️⃣ . Premium App, Dynamic View (that you already have access to if you have the Advanced Silver plan add-on)

2️⃣ . Manage it through Forms and Update/Approval Requests.

Also, anyone who is outside of your domain/company can still edit without a license.
