Looking for Template Ideas: Grant Scoring Workflow with Reviewer Restrictions

Hi Smartsheet Community,

We’re working on a grant application scoring process and looking for advice on templates or structure that could help streamline our setup. Here’s what we’re working with:

• Total applications: ~50
• Reviewers: 6 in total
• Each application: Reviewed by only 3 assigned reviewers
• Scoring: 8 scoring categories per reviewer
• Input method: Reviewers use a Smartsheet form to submit scores
• Sensitive data: Some sections of the application contain sensitive information not viewable by reviewers

What we currently have:

• One Applicant Sheet (where we store full application data, including sensitive info)
• One Reviewer Sheet/Form for reviewers to submit scores

What we need help with:

• A way to easily show reviewers only the applications they are assigned to, along with just the non-sensitive portions of the application data
• A clean interface (ideally a Dashboard or Report) so each reviewer can quickly view the applications they’re responsible for, without accessing restricted info

Key requirements:

• Reviewers cannot have access to the sensitive information
• Scoring inputs must be tied to specific applications and reviewers
• Ideally, this is something we can scale or reuse in the future

Has anyone built something like this using Smartsheet? Are there any templates or structural approaches you'd recommend?

I agree that the Premium App, Dynamic View, is the best solution; however, there are other options available if that's not feasible.
