Is there any way to add a webform into a workspace? They seem to sit out separately on the mobile app, so you have to name them with the same name as the workspace for them to be useful.

There currently isn't a way to add a form as an independent item to a workspace. When you have a moment, please submit a product enhancement request using the form under Quick links on the right to let our Product team know that you'd like to be able to do this.
As a potential organizational workaround, you might consider creating a Sight or a sheet and putting all of your for links in there.
