Forms autofill URL for DateForm no longer works

Hi,

I have been using a Form for months in which I pass the date in the URL with a concatenation and this has always worked perfectly. Now there seems to have been an update on their site in the last week and now the form is no longer automatically filled in with the date value.

What has changed here and how can I fix the problem?

Here is an example URL with the date value at the end:

https://app.smartsheexxxxxxxxxxx00?DateForm=06/25/2025
