Dynamic drop down Data Shuttle not working

Tried both options of Data Shuttle workflows (upload and offload), but neither is working. I've followed the help article available, but it's not working. Getting stuck at the "map column" section, where it always says that column is not mapped.

Any help is much appreciated.

I use Data Shuttle quite a lot and I'm happy to help if I can. If you can send more details that would help.

Things to check - if like me you are using an attachment to trigger the data shuttle - make sure you have already attached a copy of the file BEFORE you start trying to map your data shuttle. The attachment at Sheet level is awesome for this.

Also if you have changed any fields since you started then you will need to refresh columns. this example is for a dropdown update and you need to click the refresh source symbol to the left of column type

Also make sure your column types match from your source and destination.

So for each dropdown I have to create 2 x data shuttle. 1 to Extract the data and 1 to Upload the data. I can screen shot an example for you if that helps? Please see attached pdf document with screenshots of my extract & upload.

    Hope this helps

Thanks, Sue, for the response. I did exactly the upload process you described, but it did not work for me and it was only one dropdown column. I'm assuming the input document (in my case Excel) should have the column headers as in the SmartSheet and only the column with the drop down values filled in?

I'll try again from scratch later and see if I have more luck.
