Contact Name Displaying as Email

Ok so.... We have a Smartsheet form that we use to stand up project files in Control Center. When we ask for Contact information it's set up with email validation.  Our PMs have said they do not like that that it doesn't say the contact name.  For example instead of "John Smith", it displays "john.smith@abc.com".  Is there a way to fix this so it appears as the name and not the email?  When you open a sheet and add a contact column and type in the name, it displays how I want, but when you submit the form, it doesn't.  It's annoying.
