Navigating the rate increase

How are you navigating the drastic changes to Smartsheet’s pricing model. Our organization has been steadily increasing adoption of Smartsheet, and I’ve personally invested significant time and effort educating and building buy-in across our teams.

Unfortunately, the new pricing structure represents a nearly 1,000% cost increase for us — a jump that is not financially sustainable. This shift has put everything I've worked for, our entire deployment at risk and has cast serious doubt on whether we can move forward with integrating the platform into our workflows.

I want to be transparent in saying I truly see the value Smartsheet offers and would prefer to continue building on the momentum we've created. However, at the current pricing level, we’re being forced to explore alternative solutions — unless there’s long-term flexibility or accommodations available that wouldn’t lock us into steep increases or rigid subscription terms down the line.
