Facing issues in getting the program ownership

I have been struggling to get the program ownership transferred from the last owner to me. While transferring the program owner is getting this warning first:

Upon ignoring the message and clicking the Continue button, this is the error message:

When I try to delete the projects in mentioned in the warning from Control Center, I am unable to and get the following error:

Inside the logs these are the errors I see:

I have contacted customer support but the whole process is taking too much time as there are a lot of emails back and forth with no real solution.

Any help is much appreciated.

Since this type of issue can involve multiple ownership layers and permissions, I strongly recommend continuing to work with our Support team through a private channel. They have the right tools and backend access to help identify the cause and guide you toward a resolution.

I noticed that our Support team recently followed up requesting details about your Primary Lead and the Owner of your Portfolio WorkApps. Providing this information as soon as possible will help move things along more quickly.

Also, as part of the Premium Support package, you have the option to call Support directly for faster assistance. To do this, open the Account Administration window and select “Call 24x7 Support” at the bottom to view available phone numbers.
