I am in my first reconciliation period under the new USM. Per your recommendation, I am using the Seat Type Report and Sheet Access Report to see the activity of my users and to determine who needs to be a Member, and who should be a Viewer. The Reconciliation period is 30 days, yet the reports don't pull live data and only refresh every 24 hours. Once I make changes, I have to wait 24 hours to verify they are complete. With only 30 days to accomplish the account and user clean up, this delay in the report data has a significant impact and puts your sys admins at a significant disadvantage and stress level. The reports should pull data in real time; or sys admins should be able to call Support and ask for a real time data pull to verify current state of their environment.
