Currently, if a sheet is deleted but a user tries to access it using a URL to the sheet, Smartsheet shows a Request Access page. When the user clicks the Request Access button, nothing happens and no one is notified because the sheet is deleted. Either sent the user instead of the Request Access page to a page that says that the page is no longer available so the user knows it is deleted or send the access request to the tenant admins with the page trying to be accessed, who tried to access it and why it failed so we can reach out to the end user to advise about the sheet being deleted.
