Share multiple assets from SCC at once

I'm looking for a way to share Smartsheet objects in a different way than the one currently available, but it is possible when creating the project from SCC.

Just as it is currently possible to share an asset with more than one group/user at a time, what I am looking for is to share several assets at once with a group, as is possible in SCC (but only at the time of creation).

Bonus track: in the Add Template option in SCC, for projects that have already been created, the “Sharing” option does appear, but it never appears as available to me. And in case you're wondering, I'm not just looking to share assets that are in the Blueprint.

Yes, you can share multiple assets to multiple individuals and/or groups through SCC. On the final page of the Blueprint setup, "Permissions and Sharing", there are 4 separate boxes, one each for Admin, Edit (can share), Edit (cannot share), & View permissions. Each is restricted to 5 entries only, but you can use groups so are not limited to 5 users each.

Earlier in the setup, on the "Customize Profile Data" screen, there is also a "Permission" drop-down with the same 4 options for Contact columns in your profile data, e.g. project manager. The Contact column must be configured in the sheet as single entry only and groups cannot be used.

The result of either of these methods is that the selected users are given the selected permission to the SCC-provisioned assets (workspace, sheets, reports, dashboards).
