I need help…
I am trying to purchase new licenses and am unable to do so. Please, if anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
I follow all the steps recommended by support, but an error page appears, making the entire process unfeasible. The support team informed me that they would forward it to the technical department, but the technical department has not responded to me for several days.
As you can imagine, I need licenses for the user to utilize the software fully, and I cannot purchase them, however unbelievable this may seem.
I obviously cannot speak with any human at Smartsheet, which is why I am turning to the community, hoping that someone might be able to help me.
