I have a few questions that I need clarification on:
- This is a question about multiple selection able to run report and auto counted and group in report
- I asked this question before, but hope things might be updated, we currently only can run report based on a single section in the column, correct? or can we run report in multiple selection
- This is a question about Lock Column to certain person(s) to be able to make changes
- Can we lock a column to certain person who listed in a column. For example, I want to restrict a team member who is a direct staff to not be able to update the priority level column, but the referral coordinator or manager (listed in the column called referral coordinator and manager who listed in the column called manager) to be able to change the priority level column. Can I do that?
- This is a question about Report
- I created a report for team members who didn't have access to the sheets that got pull data from, I can see all information in the report, but the team members cannot see any information in the report. I want to make sure that this is the SmartSheet limitation, but can we make this happen?
- The current work around is I created another sheet where I set up automation to copy the row when it got added to the main sheet to another sheet. then, I create a report with only information I want them to see. Then, share this report with those team members and they are able to see information, but the data is not live update when status updates is the only limitation on this.
- This is a question about Form:
- We currently ask people to select one form per one need for referral into a program. For example, I want to submit a referral to a community health team and another one to behavioral health team. I need to submit two separate forms because each form submission will create one row to master task list where it then auto move the row to program specific sheet. My question is it possible for the form submitter to submit one form that will then create two rows with each row have information related to each program. Then, this way the master sheet can move the row to appropriate sheet that match program selected based on information entered by the form submitter.
5. This question is about Request for Update in Automation:
a. Can we set the request for update to be sent based on business days rather than calendar days? For example, I want the automation to send to staff assigned if no change in activities of the row for x days. We want to set this to be business days instead of calendar days. Would this be possible?
