I’m looking for some help setting up a way to track reviewer submissions across three different sheets.
Here’s the setup:
- We have three sheets (one for faculty, one for students, and one for scholarships).
- Each sheet lists applicants, and in each row we assign three Selection Committee (SC) members (SC Reviewer 1–3) to review that applicant.
- Reviewers complete their evaluation through a form linked to a separate “SC Intake Sheet.”
- When a reviewer submits their form, a checkbox automatically appears in the applicant’s row to confirm their submission (as shown in the image below).
What I’d like to do is find a way to:
- See which reviewers have not yet submitted their forms across all three sheets, and
- Count how many pending reviews each SC member still has.
Ideally, I’d like to create a summary sheet, dashboard, or report that pulls this information together — for example, showing something like:

Has anyone set up something similar or have suggestions on how best to do this (e.g., cross-sheet formulas, reports, or dashboards)?
