I already submitted the request several years ago, but we would like to have a sheet with filters that are available only to certain users.
For example: the “Bryan” filter would display only the rows containing the “Bryan” department, and only he would be able to access that filter. Another filter could be available to two users (for a specific project, for instance).
This way, it would be possible to manage all employees’ action plans within a single sheet and avoid having to copy updates into separate action plans each time. The goal is to ensure that the rows in a sheet are not visible to everyone.
We are currently looking into other tools, but we really like the simplicity of Smartsheet, so ideally we’d like to keep using it and avoid switching to something else.
