Hello, I have two sheets. One one Sheet I have a column with a drop down of names. I have another column with a dropdown of yes and no. On another sheet, I have all the names as rows and 2 columns. One column is named Video Missed and the other column is named Video Grace. What I need to happen is this: On the first sheet, when a name is selected from the dropdown and the other column "Yes" is selected, I need the second sheet to add that to the row of the same name selected into the Video Missed column. When I name is selected and a "No" is selected, I need the second sheet to add that to the row of the name selected into the Video Grace column.
I apologise if this is confusing. Basically I have techs that are supposed to do video inspections. I have the sheets separated because I need to keep track of the RO numbers as well. Everytime I enter a video that was missed I am selecting Yes if the video was required and No if there was no video required. I need to keep track per technician of how many videos were missed that were needed and how many videos were missed but was not required.
If there is a better way to keep track of this, please let me know. I am completly new to Smartsheets so I need all the help that I can get. Thank you for your time.
