If a form is not active and a user clicks the URL, the message says "The form you are attempting to access is no longer active." But, a URL might be distributed in advance of the form being activated at a specific time and date. So the message that it is "no longer active" is not correct. Rather it is not active yet.
Could the standard error message please be changed to say, "The form you are attempting to access is not currently active." That would cover users that are both too soon and too late. Even better, could this message be customizable in the future?
