I'm fairly new to SmartSheet and I'm hoping to ask how one can share a dynamic view please. Unfortunately I couldn't gain much insight based on my issue from the prior related discussions.
Question: How can one properly set up a dynamic view in order to share that view to assigned users.
And I'll aim to provide as much context below-
The original Sheet with the assigned contacts are under "Manager Name":
Upon setting up the Dynamic view settings, I've set the following under "General". And under "Sharing" my available options do seem to be greyed out.
I myself can see the dynamic view of the fields assigned to me:
However, the contact-type entries whom I have assigned in the Manager Name field get this error when they open the sheet:
I've tried to share the entire link with them directly which is formatted similar to:
https://app.smartsheet.com/dynamicview/views/xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx
But they all seem to get that error.
And to add context- this Dynamic view is a trial version under my employer. I am also not the workspace owner, but I am an Admin under that workspace.
