Guest User with Admin access can't edit the sheet

I submitted a ticket, but thought I would ask here.

I am having an issue with sheets that I own (our org is on a Business plan). For the last two years, we have been using the sheets without an issue - our admin and many Editors (all shown as Guest since they are outside of our organization) were able to edit the sheets until a couple of weeks ago. Now, they go into the sheets and all of the columns are locked and they are unable to unlock them. The users outside of our organization are on an Enterprise plan.

Note that I do not have access to the Admin center.

@engineer1 they were likely provisional members and have now been downgraded to guests.

Admins, even external, need to be members in your organization.

@Darren Mullen So if I downgrade the Guest to Editor, then they should be able to edit the sheet?

Well, that's exactly what happened. Looks like Smartsheet really dropped the ball on this one.
