Dynamic View @mention notification fix now generally available!

We’ve addressed Dynamic View @mention notifications! Now when a collaborator is @mentioned in a row -level comment, they will receive an email notification that links them directly back to the Dynamic View (not the source sheet), reducing confusion and keeping collaborators in the right context. Learn More

Note: In this release, the notification email links back to the Dynamic View, not to the specific row. Deep-linking to the exact row will be supported in a future release.

Environment Availability: Commercial US, Commercial EU, Commercial AU (Not eligible for Gov)

Plan Availability: Dynamic View is available for Business and Enterprise plans and is included in Advanced Work Management.

Subscription Model Availability: Legacy Collaborator Model and User Model

Yeah, the new Dynamic View mention notification fix is a nice improvement.

Now when someone gets mentioned in a comment inside a Dynamic View, they actually receive the notification – something that was missing for way too long.

Tested it yesterday and it works reliably. Finally makes Dynamic Views usable for real team collaboration without everyone having to constantly refresh.

Anyone else already trying it out?

It's nice that the @mention brings users to the Dynamic View but without the exact row identified the notifications are causing more confusion than help for our team. Many of our Dynamic Views have hundreds if not thousands of rows and without knowing which row needs attention it is difficult for our staff to figure it out.

Is there a timeline for the future release that will allow deep linking?

I agree with Tiffany: when team members click the link in the email, it takes them to the Dynamic View landing page, not to the details panel for the row that was commented on.
