Attached Files not Opening

Question

Over the past year, we’ve had a handful of instances where an image is uploaded to a row for review using the same file type, by the same person, and with the same specs as many other uploads—but after uploading, no one can view or download it.

A thumbnail preview appears, indicating the file was uploaded successfully, but when someone tries to open it, it just spins indefinitely. Downloading the file is also disabled. As a result, our team has had to send these files via email for review instead.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, or does anyone have troubleshooting suggestions?

Sadly yes and there is nothing out of the ordinary they are doing. In fact when they walk me through their upload process the attachment works just fine even on the same row as the problem attachment.

Have you watched this user perform the upload? Since the issue is confined to a single user my first thought it that they are doing something a little different to other users.

@S.Stone Interesting, but yes our issue has always been at the row level.
