API - Bulk Operations Documentation

Does anyone have or know where I can get some information or an example on the Bulk Operations for the API? I am writing an app that outputs data to SmartSheet, however it seems to be a bit quick for SS as it throws errors saying it's already being updated by another process. It only succeeds if I put in a 300 ms delay. So looking to get info on the Bulk operations but I can't find anything anywhere.
