I have 3 sheets, one for marketing, one for sales calls, one for training. How can I combine the dates/items from each sheet onto a master, to create a master calendar that I can then export to ical and put into my outlook?
Hi,
Here is a great post on how to set up a master calendar. Calendar Dashboard
I forgot to mention that you can also do it with the help of a report.
I hope this helps you!
Best,
Andrée
Hello,
As Andrée mentioned, you can use a report to achieve this. With a report, you can compile information from multiple sheets and show only items that meet the criteria you specify. In this case, you will use the report to pull and combine all the dates from other sheets into one, then display them in the calendar view.

I have created a sheet where each activity is due to be completed by our brand teams for 4 different collections.
This means that for each activity there are 4 couples of start/end dates.
How can I view all the deadlines for each activity in the gantt view or in the calendar app?
Thanks!
Hi Elena,
You'd have to split them up and use four separate rows for that to work.
Would that work?
Have a fantastic day!
