Hi there
I am looking for a template to adapt to assist us with machinery maintenance on the farm. I want to be able to record work done and to set reminders for upcoming maintenance tasks. I am sure someone must have already done something similar with smart sheet - any help gladly received.

Depending on your Smartsheet Plan there are templates available in the Solution Center and that could be a great start. There is one called: Template Ongoing Preventative Maintenance
Depending on your needs I think it's fairly simple to build what you need.
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s) or some screenshots? That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)
