Hi Kara,
My organization is very much in need of this improvement for a multi-select dropdown. I'm sure you can't share an actual go-live date, but can you let us know if you think it'll be in Q3'19, or further out? We need to know if we should put a different solution in place for our needs or if we should just wait it out in the event that it should be rolling out reasonably soon.
