Does anyone use Smartsheets for employee scheduling? I have about 25 people across four sites that I schedule. There are changes everyday. I also need to save a history of the schedules.
I currently use excel and google docs.

You might try importing your current excel doc in as a new sheet in Smartsheet. More info on this is available in our help center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/504553-importing-files-to-create-new-sheets
From there, you can attach any google docs you need to rows in the sheet. (Details on attaching files from Google drive here: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/518404-deleting-editing-versioning-attachments )

I have been away from my Smartsheet account for a couple months. When I logged in today all of my projects are missing and I am seeing a trial warning at the top of my page. I have a paid subscription and received a paid invoice today.
I have a sheet where each row contains a value. How do I take these values and create them as a dropdown list in another sheet, with the aim of creating a form where Users select the applicable value
I would like to know if it is possible to create a notification for process owners within a specific department. For example, when the "Completed" option is selected in a row, the system would automatically generate a notification informing the process owner that that section of the Smartsheet has been completed.
