Greetings, All. I just joined the Community and I have a question about e-mails. It is easy to send e-mails from Smartsheet. Is there anyway for the recipient to e-mail a response that will also appear in the Smartsheet row? Thanks, Louise
Welcome to the Community! There is not a built in function to email content into a sheet but you could use Zapier to set up a Zap that can add data from an email into a sheet. https://zapier.com
Also, if you use Outlook and Office365 there is an add on app that allows you to add data from emails directly to your sheet. https://community.smartsheet.com/announcement/smartsheet-outlook-here
