Is there a way around the ONE TIME Link, WE NEED THE UPDATE REQUEST LINK to stay active and allow more than one entry.
This will allow the user to add notes / comments as they try to achieve the update and obtain the information
Hi Melinda,
One possible workaround could be to have a report whit the update requests that are done and the users could add notes/comments there. The users need to be shared to the sheet for this to work.
Would that work?
I hope this helps you!

Here what I'm considering to get around the "one time link" issue
I have an automatic weekly update request in "Alerts & Actions"
Added a column [send another update request] <CHECKBOX TYPE>
(set up another hourly update request if this box is checked in "Alerts and Actions")
In the a weekly update request (from "Alerts and Actions") , the user is told:
“(check [Send another update request] if you want more than 1 chance to update)”
If user checks [Send another update request] and submits they will get an hourly update request which has the following note
“YOU WILL GET A REQUEST **HOURLY** UNTIL [SEND ANOTHER REQUEST] IS UNCHECKED”
Both update requests (the weekly and the hourly) allow user to update all the same info.
Thoughts?

I have an automation that has a condition where I am looking at the column "LEA Interco Supporting Site(s)" and trying to find columns that have the value "Fort Loramie" in them. This works well when "Fort Loramie" is the first item listed in the cell, but it doesn't work when "Fort Loramie" is the second or third value in…
Have any of you created a Smartsheet that would show the savings for a project by the month? In other words, if I saved $1200 annually and the project ended in say March, then the savings would go $120 per month, Mar 2025-Feb 2026. I have done it on Excel sheets manually, but I think there should be a way to do it with…
