How to print selected columns

I'm new to  Smartsheet and I have inherited some sheets from my predecessor. I'd like to print a Gantt chart and a grid.  My question is, how do I specify which columns will be printed?

When I print the grid it prints all columns I can see on the screen but I want to exclude some.

When I print the Gantt chart it only prints the task name and the timeline but I want to print other columns too, such as Assigned To and % Complete.

I've searched help and the community but I can't find anything on how to control which columns are printed.

Hi Ian,

In the print setup you can specify which columns should be printed with the Gantt chart.

To not include everything you see in the grid you need to hide the columns.

It is very frustrating to have to hide columns, especially on a very large sheet, as opposed to simply selecting the columns you'd like to print. I created a filter and the hid the columns that I did not want to print. This worked, however, I was disappointed to see that when I turned the filter off, those columns remain hidden on the sheet. I want to be able to either select the columns that I need to print, or be able to save different views within different filters so that I don't have to continuously hide and unhide in the grid view.
