Conditional alert and reminder

Hi

I'm new in Smartsheet.

I have a goal which is to set an automated alert like "If any change is made in specific column(s) by any editor after the date specified in Alert Date column, send an alert to the Admin."

Is it possible to combine this many conditions?

If it's not possible, how about setting a conditional reminder like "On the date specified in Reminder Date column, send a reminder to the admin to set an automated alert."?

Its possible to set that condition. Here are the settings you should use. 

1. Click the Alerts and Actions tab
2. Choose Send a Notification > When a row is updated, added, etc. 
3. Click the checkbox next to updated, uncheck other boxes. 
4. Click the Add a condition check box. 
5. Click When Alert Date Column is in the past. 
6. Choose who the alert should be delivered to and save

You can also click on delivery settings and add a custom message and subject line.
