Sharing to individual sheet users in a workspace
I have created individual Operational Plan worksheets for each department in my agency. Each sheet was shared with the person who will be editing the information for his/her department. So when I first created each sheet it was ONLY shared with that one person. Now I have created a Workspace to house all the individual Operational Plan sheets, but when creating the Workspace I had to include the names of all the people as a group. Now the whole group has Editor access to every sheet in the Workspace.
Is there any way to limit editing access for each sheet to only one person while still housing it in the workspace?

At the present time no. Once a sheet is in a workspace you can not individualize to whom the sheets are shared. I believe this is on SS list of enhancements. In the mean time instead of putting the sheets in a workspace try placing them in a folder on your home page instead. That way you can individualize who the sheets are shared with while keeping them in one location on your home page.
