G-Suite reply in comments
I successfully have my emails in Gmail landing in the comments in a particular or new line in a sheet, works great and very helpful.
I see in the added email in comments a "add reply" blank. Does this reply just stay with the comment or does it go back out to an email Maybe this is a wish list type of thing, but if a conversation can go back and forth and still be linked to the line item in a sheet that would be really cool

Hi Steve,
There currently isn't a way for email threads to actively sync with Smartsheet like this, you'd need to add the new conversation to an existing line through the gmail integration.
When you have a moment, submit a product enhancement request using the form under Quick links on the right of the community site to let our Product team know that you'd like to see this feature added.
