Adding items to dropdown lists in web forms

I need to add an option to my form's dropdown list. When I select the field to edit it, the only changes I can make are to the label, help text, display type, and default value. How do I add a value?

You add them in column of the value. Make the column type a Dropdown list and add the value there.

I created a form however I need to edit my already save drop down list. How do I open the field back up to edit it?
