When I created my Smartsheet account I used my gmail account and should have used my corporate account. What can I do to fix this?

Hi Joseph! You can change the email address for your account by going to Account > Personal Settings > Profile > Change Email.
What if the account that you would like to change it to already exists as a Smartsheet account?
Fry - If an account exists for both of your email addresses, you could try the steps below to get the email address you want:
- log into the account under the email address you want to use.
- change the email address to a third email address you have available
- log out, then log into the paid account
- change the email address to the one you want to use
