Hi, not sure why this has happened, but my preview images just disappeared and all I have in my preview column now are the file names. Does anyone know how I can get my thumbnail images back?

Hi Tanja,
If you've exported (excel, ms project, etc.) your sheet out or are printing it, the images won't be preserved in the export/print, only the file names.
If you're not looking at an exported sheet:
Is this occurring on one sheet or multiple sheets? What happens when you double-click on an image in the grid to display the full sized image?
Hi, I am having the same problem. I uploaded some images in Smartsheet, which in the beginning appeared in both smartsheet and the Workapp view, but now they have just disappeared from the workapp (they still appear in smartsheet). Instead, the following message appeared: "A thumbnail of the selected image will appear once changes are saved". And it has nothing to do with the saved changes.
Could you please help me with this?

Hi everyone, in several of my Details Views for multiple Dynamic Views, text fields and/or checkboxes that are configured in the Dynamic View settings are not appearing in the Detailed View. Is anyone else seeing this today? I've not updated any of my configurations lately and don't know how to explain this! Thanks!
The timeline widget has a toggle: Set the default hierarchy state. I am turning on "expand lanes by default." It seems regardless if I turn this "on", save, sign out, and sign back in, it automatically changes back to "off" when I log out. I have tried clearing my browser cache.
