Shared Contacts?
New user here. I have a group of 4 project managers. I'd like to have a group of contacts that they can access for resource assignment. They tend to have many of the same resources on their projects and I'd like to avoid each of them having to enter in the same contacts - this creates issues with getting names and email addresses spelled right.
It appears that when I import contacts from a .csv they are just accessible by me. Is there a way to make them accessible to a group?

There are a couple options for this... The easiest would be for you to share your CSV file (email it to them) and they can import it to their accounts.
The other option if you are on a team or enterprise plan, add the users to your account as free (or paid) users. Then whenever anyone in your account assigns a task to a user, Smartsheet will auto-resolve based on who is a member of your account (and your contact list).
