Delay between Sheet and Report

I have several rollups and am having trouble today where when something is updated on a sheet it is taking quite a while to update across to my rollup reports.

I noticed this when I added a dropdown option and again when I received an email update about a new item. I could see the item in the sheet but not the rollup.

I haven't timed it but I'd say it's taking 15+ minutes to update.

Any clue?

I am having the same issue. This happens a lot though. But today it took almost 30 mins for the report to reflect the changes made on the sheet.

Same here. I had some error flags show up, spent 30 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong only to go back and find the flags were gone and I hadn't done anything. I only see linking delays of more than a few seconds a few times per year.

I am having the same issue which started over the last couple of days. I submitted a Help Ticket to Smartsheet to see what they can do to resolve it. If nothing else, it is good to know that I am not alone on this issue today.

If you submit a Help Ticket as well that might their attention that this is an issue.

I've submitted help tickets in the past on this issue. However, since the problem cannot be duplicated there's no way for Smartsheet to troubleshoot the problem. Also, I'm not at liberty to share certain sheets outside our company so that makes it more difficult to get help. Fortunately, the problem seems to clear itself in a few minutes.
