I want to track how long an open task is delayed on a project

Hi,
By how long you mean:
How much diff there was from the initial due date?
or
If a task is not completed, how much time past from the due date (meaning Today - Due date)?
How long has past since a task is considered delayed (time that past since status was changed to "delayed", etc.)?
or, something else?

I have done it on Excel sheets manually, but I think there should be a way to do it with…
