Is there any way to merge two sheets of different data into one? See image - i want demographic data from one and then recorded actions from another sheet.

There currently isn't a way to merge rows from different sheets into one row/line on a report.
This either will need to be performed manually using cell links (more info on this in the help center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/861579-cell-linking) or by using a formula, such as VLOOKUP (https://help.smartsheet.com/function/vlookup) that will reference data from one sheet to populate it in another.

I have a Pro plan but I cannot create ANY reports. The system does not allow me to choose a folder, and consequently a sheet to create a row report and suggests an upgrade to Business or Enterprise.
