Recruiting Metrics

Hi SmartSheet Fans,

Wanted to start a discussion with the community revolving metrics and how you've used SmartSheet to get you recruiting metrics (time to fill, 1st touch date, etc.). Since everything is date related we created formulas to help us, but would love a different approach if anyone has any.

Kris, formulas are a powerful way to get this information. You can also use them with the Smartsheet graphs/charts feature so show this information graphically (https://smartsheetlabs.com/smartsheetcharts)

There are also a few templates you can use to help your throughout the process. Search the template gallery for "recruiting"
