VLOOKUP Function

Spreadsheets are nearly useless without some equivalent of VLOOKUP and ideally across multiple sheets.  Any update on whether this feature is still on track for this calendar quarter?  (2017 Q3)

Great product will be even better with this functionality.

Would also love to see equivalents for google sheets' "IMPORTRANGE", "UNIQUE" and ARRAYFORMULA features.  Down with #excel.  Excelsior to #smartsheets and #collaboration!

What is the latest on adding VLOOKUP/MATCH/INDEX functionality between SmartSheets?  The date keeps moving (i.e. July 2016, now Q3 2017) and some of us have been waiting for almost 2 years.

Please don't take as a complaint but rather as a request for better understanding... 

The feature of being able to perform formulas across sheets has been requested for a long time. Recently, it was slated for Q3 2017, then Q4 2017. Now you are saying Early 2018, which is probably Q1, at most Q2 2018.

The comment for Q3 2017 hinted at a lack of certainty if Q3 was going to hold. The message for Q4 was a lot stronger, but now it feels that the message for Early 2018 is weaker. Is there still a risk delivery sliding into mid or end of year?

Thanks Stephan, glad to provide more detail. We are currently tracking to release cross-sheet formulas to our Early Adopter Program by January 2018. General availability would follow within 1-2 months.

You can now reference data from other sheets in formulas!

Create a master lookup table sheet and use VLOOKUP to find data on another sheet.
