Is there a way to clean up the drop down list on "is one of" filters? They still contain items that have been totally deleted from the column being filtered. This is very confusing to users.

I've rebuilt my form at least five times and for the life of me cannot figure out why it will not trigger. I've tried to test and run it several times to no avail. Any tips would be very helpful. I was able to successfully trigger once, now nothing at all for a week.
I have an automation that will send a request for an update to a supplier about a complaint. There are fields that the supplier needs to see to understand the issues. But, I would like to be able to lock those down so that the supplier cannot change the information in those fields. Is this possible? Freda
