Hello,
A couple of things to check here:
- See if your delivery settings are set to the way you want them. (You might want them right away, but they may be set to once a day.) You can do this with the steps in the help center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/542904-using-notifications
- Make sure that you're set up to receive notifications on your own changes. You may be the one making the changes, and you may be the one making the changes. More info on this here: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/796268-adjusting-personal-settings
If the above two doesn't solve the problem, it's possible that certain emails from Smartsheet are being blocked. Double-check with your IT team to make sure they didn't block any Smartsheet emails on the email server level. Check your spam folder in your email client as well to make sure they didn't get stuck there.
