I'm having issues with notifications on our inventory sheet. I have a notification setup so that when the column Qty Above /Below Par changes to <=0 that a notification be sent out. It is not working. I'm wondering if it's the <=0 part that is causing it to not work. Ideas?

A couple of things to check here:
If the above two doesn't solve the problem, it's possible that certain emails from Smartsheet are being blocked. Double-check with your IT team to make sure they didn't block any Smartsheet emails on the email server level. Check your spam folder in your email client as well to make sure they didn't get stuck there.
Otherwise, contact our Support team to troubleshoot further.
Anyway we can make this view only for security purposes? We would like to prevent users from sending responses to other users by accident.
I am currently setting up an automation for people to get notified through their email, when they are prompted. But is there a way that they can reply in the email of a comment that will then go to the specific sheet. This way they do not have access to the sheet, but can just comment through email with updates?
