Having link to Smartsheet on our intranet

Hi all! I work in the Communications department and we keep a tracker of all of the events for the year. It used to be an Excel spreadsheet and we put a link to it on our Intranet page for all staff to access. Now we keep it in Smartsheet, and I've only given access to my team. Is there a way for folks outside my department to click the link without logging into Smartsheet? I'm trying to avoid having to add everyone in the whole organization as a Shared user.

Yes, you may do that using the Publish sheet feature.
