Form not submitting

A client filled out a form and said it would not submit. She checked all her info and it still would not submit. I tried it once with an upload and once without and it worked and had one other person check it and it was fine. 

Anyone ever come across this issue of forms not submitting?

    A few things for her to check:

    1. If she's clicking the submit button and she's scrolled to the top of the form and given a message in red text that she needs to fill out all required fields, then she likely still hasn't filled something out (even if she did double-check).
    2. If that's not the case, have her try using a different network connection, there may be some network condition interfering with the submission process.
    3. Have her try opening a blank instance of the form on another browser, then copy and paste her submissions over.

    If the above doesn't work, have her contact our Support team.
