Time Tracking
I'm new to SmartsSheet and don't see an obvious way to track time, and have it recorded against a task
Personally not too fond of % complete - to often I've seen people say/think (legit or not) that they're 90% done, and the last 10% takes as long as the first 90% (or, unfortunately, more)
People often think they're almost done, and then get surprises
Thoughts?

At this point time tracking as far as hours/minutes/seconds goes is not really Smartsheets' forte. You can count the number of days between two dates such as a proposed and an actual end date, by using a formula such as in this post I just responded to.

We are looking at a Smartsheet plug-in called Tempus Resource by Prosymmetry for timetracking. It looks like it will meet our needs.

I ran into this problem as well, but an easy quick work around for now might be to just log the time as a decimal? Rather than "11:15 AM" you could just use a text field to write "11.15" and use military time. That would allow you to add a column to calculate the duration of time.
