Hi there,

Is there a way for a Web Form to be hard-coded with certain information automatically based on a reference from a certain cell? I'm trying to send a web form to the same list of people each week but I want the data on the form to change each week (say, each Monday). I thought there was a way to hard-code certain information into a Form and then hide the field...is this possible? And is it possible to get that information to automatically change each week?

Scroll to the bottom of that page. What you are looking for is called queries.

You can't change it automatically, but you can create a set of reoccurring update requests on a title row that have different webform links inside of the description that the users can access. Something I have done as well is create a powerpoint with hyperlinks to direct users to the correct page, then have a link to the webform that has the correct queries filled out.
