Project sheet multiple users restricted data view
I have a question , If I create a sheet to track the tasks done by my team, is there a way where i can have that when each member accesses the sheet, they can only see their own inputed data, but for the admin he can see the full sheet without any problems ?

The best way I can think of for that would to be create a sheet for each team member. Share the sheet to the individual that needs to fill it out. Then create a report that shows the data from all of the sheets and give the admin access to that.

Paul's idea works well but equally you can do this the other way round if you want just one master sheet, then your colleagues use aΒ Report to see their "To Do List" which has the added benefit of tasks that are completed, disappear from their to do list.Β Β
Their supervisor can also use a report to list all the outstanding tasks and see who needs help.Β
